Gym 1
Fitness Suite with Cardiovascular Machines e.g. Running Machines, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Rowing Machines and Variable Resistance Weights Machines e.g. Chest Press, Lat Pulldown, Leg Extension, Leg Press, Aerobic Equipment, Fitness Balls, Dumbbells, etc. We also have a Fully Commercial Top of the Range Vibrostation Vibration Plate in the gymnasium, for all exercises, which is free use for our members, and also available at great rates for non-members.

Gym 2
Olympic Standard Free Weights Gymnasium e.g. Smith Machine, Cable Cross Over, Olympic Benches, Preacher Curl Bench, etc. We also have a Fully Commercial Top of the Range Vibrostation Vibration Plate in the gymnasium, for all exercises, which is free use for our members, and also available at great rates for non-members.
