Henry ran a successful building contracting business in the private sector for many years before becoming a farmer.  He has been involved in agriculture, land management, farming policy and site maintenance for many years.  Henry was the main design and construction manager for all farm diversification developments at Wellsfield.

Julies knowledge and experience comes from the retail sector where she ran and managed a retail outlet for many years. She also has a property development and asset finance background having worked in the estate agent industry. Her background also includes office management, hr, staffing, purchasing, accounts, finance and equine management.

Tony is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) registered under the Engineering Council. He is also a European Engineer (Eur Ing) registered under FEANI (Fédération
Internationale d'Associations Nationales d'Ingénieurs). His experience includes business development, project management, investment funding, grants, IT and web systems, technology, licensing, marketing, business and fishery management.
